my week one photos. Goodness me I am a fat sod. It is important to say here
that the previous two weeks I have not drank any alcohol, just so I don’t get
any false readings.

I am totally
in the hands here of science. It has never let me down yet. The purpose of this
experiment is to establish whether there is a relationship between body fat and
cardiovascular exercise or fitness. (Something I hate with a passion).
